Refund Policy

Effective and last updated: 27 July 2026

This policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations work for ShuttleSense. ShuttleSense is operated by Translogic Limited, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, of 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (company number 17350018).

1. Web purchases are sold by Paddle

For a ShuttleSense subscription purchased through a Paddle web checkout, Paddle is the merchant of record and the seller for the transaction. Paddle takes the payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues the receipt, manages the billing transaction and processes refund requests. Translogic Limited supplies and supports the ShuttleSense service.

The product, price, currency, billing period, renewal terms and applicable tax shown in Paddle Checkout before confirmation are the terms of that purchase.

2. How to request a refund

Refund requests for a Paddle purchase must be submitted to Paddle. You can:

Paddle decides eligibility and processes an approved refund under its current Refund Policy and applicable law. Where possible, Paddle returns an approved refund to the original payment method. If a technical problem prevents you from using ShuttleSense, you may also contact us first so we can try to resolve it and provide Paddle with relevant support information.

3. Cancellation is different from a refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so access can continue until then. Cancellation does not automatically return a payment already made.

A refund is a separate request about a completed payment. Requesting or receiving a refund does not replace the need to cancel a subscription if you also want to prevent future renewals. You can cancel a Paddle subscription through the management link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Deleting a ShuttleSense account does not itself cancel a subscription bought through Paddle.

4. Your mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy, our Terms of Service or Paddle's policies excludes, restricts or replaces any refund, withdrawal, cooling-off, repair, repeat performance, price-reduction or other mandatory consumer right that applies to you. If the law where you live gives you stronger or non-waivable rights, those rights continue to apply.

5. Apple and Google Play purchases

A purchase made through Apple or Google Play is governed and refunded through that store rather than Paddle. Use the purchase history or subscription-management route supplied by the relevant store.

6. Contact

For transaction, cancellation or refund processing, use Paddle buyer support. For a ShuttleSense product or access problem, contact shuttlesenseai@gmail.com.
